Description

And for a while… she believed it.

This sculpture came together after a hard, emotional week. My daughter was hospitalized for heart complications. When she finally came home—and her four girls were safely back with her—I finished this piece.

But this isn’t just about that week. It’s about what happens when the world convinces you that you’re not meant to rise. Not strong enough. Not worthy enough. Not made to fly.

She’s the shape of what it looks like to carry those voices for too long.
But maybe—just maybe—she’s starting to remember she has wings.
